A couple weeks ago my furry daughter, husband and I went to California. We got back this week. It was nice being able to go home for the holidays. We hadn't seen our families in a couple months so it was nice seeing every one! We got to spend time with both our families and spend Christmas with them at the same time. Ever since we started dating our families have shared Christmas together. It's a nice tradition, although this year seemed be a bit different but it was still nice. My husband and I were able to go to some of our favorite restaurants that we hadn't been to since we lived there, it was nice being able to go on mini dates just the two of us and getting to go out with our families :). Libby (our doggie) got to meet our families dogs. Everyone said what a nice dog she was, which made us proud of her :).

My hubby surprised me and bought me a Lenovo tablet. I wasn't expecting anything so it was cute that he bought me that. We also got a table (yes, we've lived 3 months without one lol) and things we needed for our home :). Oh and my mom bought me a new cell phone! (totally surprised me!).

The only downside to our trip was the long driving we had to do to get there but it was worth seeing everyone! :)

A lot has happened since I last wrote on here. I'm not really sure where to start, I guess I'll start out with little things (sorry for the randomness) My hubby turned 23 and I turned 25, we didn't do much for our birthdays just dinner and spent time together. A lot has been on my mind! My hubby got moved to a new unit last week and while getting moved to the new unit he was informed that he'll be deploying soon. It took me off guard because his last unit deployed but wasn't chosen to go with them. So, I guess I had let my guard down when it came to him being deployed because I knew he wouldn't be. National Pie Day

Interesting fact of the Day: today is National Pie Day so go out and have some pie :) I had another good week. During the week I was busy with school work. This semester is keeping me busy and I haven't even started the papers that go with each class. I'm sure when I start working on those I'm going to be even more busy, which of course I don't mind :) This weekend was good I spent it with my husband and doggy. Saturday was kind of boring we just hung out at home. In the evening a lady doing a health survey for the state of Oklahoma came over and had me do a survey. I didn't mind doing it for free but I got paid 30 bucks for doing it! After then I ordered pizza and we ended the night watching a movie. On Sunday I went grocery shopping nothing big just the little stuff to keep us full till next payday. Then came home and we watched football. country music

Lately for some reason when I listen to certain country songs I get really sad about my boyfriend leaving. I know it's not for another 3 months but for some reason everything hits me and I start to get really sad (I even cry some times). I don't tell anyone of course that I'm sad because I can't. I can't tell my bf that I don't want him to leave because that wouldn't be right of me to do that to him. He's the one making the big sacrifice not me. I'm not going to a new place. So I guess i'll just keep away from country music for awhile or I'll just build myself up by becoming tolerable to the music, so it doesn't affect me.
